Customized Designs will provide our services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Customized Designs, you accept these terms and conditions. Customized Designs reserves the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Therefore, we recommend that you please read them carefully each time you use this website.
All orders may take up to 4-6 weeks to be shipped. At times this time may be shorter.
We ship via FedEx and Pilot Air Freight. Shipping costs will be calculated after your order has been placed.
All shipments are insured from Customized Designs.
We are not responsible for any delays during shipment. If you receive your product(s) in damaged condition, contact us immediately for replacement instructions. All packing must be retained for processing a damage claim. Any damaged products will be returned and Customized Designs will repair or rebuild a replacement.
Return & Cancellation Policy:
Orders may be canceled for a full refund up until the day they have gone into production. After this they can not be canceled.
We accept returns on non-custom displays and in-stock products. There will be a 15% restocking fee assesed and products must be in new and unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance on returned packages. We are not liable for damage on these return shipments so insurance is recommended.
We do not accept returns on customer made items or furniture.
